You can reach your actual physician — not an answering service — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone, text, or email. Nights, weekends, and holidays included.

How quickly can I get an appointment at Parker Medical?

Same-day appointments are available for urgent needs. For routine visits, you'll typically be seen within 24-48 hours at our Las Vegas office.

Standard visits are 60+ minutes, giving us time to thoroughly address your concerns without rushing.

What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is a membership-based healthcare model where physicians limit their practice to fewer patients. At Parker Medical, each doctor sees approximately 400 patients (versus 2,500+ in traditional practices), allowing for longer appointments, same-day access, and 24/7 availability.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is $299 per person per month. Schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet to learn more—there's no obligation and no pressure.

Do you accept my insurance?

Most likely, yes. We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS Nevada, Friday Healthcare, Hometown Health, United Healthcare, Prominence, Nevada Preferred, and Tricare West. Your membership covers access to your physician; medical services bill to insurance as usual. Don't see yours? Contact your insurance company to determine coverage eligibility.

What's included in my membership?

Your membership includes 24/7 direct access to your physician (their cell phone), same-day and next-day appointments, 60+ minute visits, comprehensive annual physicals, care coordination, and more. You'll never feel rushed or like a number.

Can I keep my specialists?

Absolutely. We coordinate with your existing specialists and can recommend new ones if needed. Your concierge physician becomes the quarterback of your healthcare team.

Do I need to be a member for IV therapy or weight loss?

No. Our wellness services—IV hydration, medical weight loss, hyperbaric oxygen, and body sculpting—are available to both members and non-members. Members receive preferred pricing and priority scheduling.

How does medical weight loss work?

We offer physician-supervised weight loss with GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide). You'll receive a comprehensive evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and support. Average weight loss is 15-20% of body weight.

What IV formulations do you offer?

We offer Myers' Cocktail, performance/recovery, immunity, beauty, NAD+, and custom formulations. Our physicians can tailor IV therapy to your specific needs based on your labs and goals.
