Parker Medical provides concierge medicine and primary care services. Our services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in the state of Nevada. The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Membership
Our concierge medicine services require a membership. Membership is $299 per person per month. Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. Membership does not include the cost of medical services, which are billed separately to insurance or paid out-of-pocket.
Appointments
We request 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in fees or termination of membership.
